ll orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over RM150 within Cahaya SPK. For orders under RM150, we charge flat rate of RM5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10am to 5pm on weekdays and weekend. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Self pickup
You can skip the delivery fee with free local pickup at Cahaya SPK. After placing your order and selecting self pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our self pickup hours are 10am to 5pm on weekdays and weekend. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive an whatsapp notification from us. Please ensure there is someone to receive the order.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving confirmation email, please contact us at bowdanbunga@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
